About Me

My passion is helping others understand how to live life from a place of love and grace as they continue growing into the person God uniquely designed them to be. Each one of us is truly God’s Beloved. It gives me great joy to be a spiritual companion with others on their spiritual journey no matter their season of life.

God has used a lifetime of walking with Him and multiple life experiences to continue “growing me up”. The last 10 years have held many opportunities for me to do my own extensive inner work of soul care. This has equipped me to better serve and love others. I am grateful for the excellent trainings which have enriched my own life and prepared me to come alongside others, helping them experience all God has for them in their own unique and beautiful journey. I’m certified in:

  • Spiritual Direction through the Selah Center for Spiritual Formation
  • Soul Care through the Soul Care Institute (two-year training) and the Potter’s Inn
  • Enneagram Coaching through Your Enneagram Coach
  • Professional Coaching through Coach Approach Ministries
  • Recovery Facilitator through Restore Ministries (Journey to Freedom)

I am still on my journey and am committed to continued personal growth in my own spiritual walk through continuing education and meeting monthly with my personal spiritual director.

My husband, Michael, and I have been married for 44 years. We raised two children overseas on the mission field who are now married and have blessed us with six of the most incredible grandchildren ever.

My passion is going deeper and deeper with God. He guides me in this journey through silence, reflection, His written word, prayer, praise music, trials, suffering, and fellowship with other believers. I love walking, yoga, Refit, exploring nature and reading. My journey has included teaching 3rd grade and ELL in the public schools, as well as teaching piano. I hold a BA in Education and BA in Music from West Texas State University.
